Little Sprouts Family Care understands a family’s desire to find the most qualified and trusted partners available for the care of their loved ones.  Therefore, Little Sprouts conducts a very extensive screening process, including a comprehensive and certified background check, personal and professional reference checks, driving record history and Child/Infant CPR & Basic First Aid certifications through the American Red Cross.

Mary Pat and Beth first met when their oldest children began kindergarten at Southside Elementary.  After their families spent time together, they quickly learned that their parenting skills and priorities are the same.   Having both worked full time jobs in the past, Mary Pat and Beth have been through the emotions and process of finding and employing the perfect Nanny to become a part of their families.  Through these experiences, Mary Pat and Beth gained the compassion and knowledge necessary to help make that perfect match.
